Modern IT is more than just functioning systems for you: you want to make digital work environments more efficient, secure, and intelligent. In this versatile position, you combine system operation, technical optimisation, and service-oriented thinking. Use your scope for design to simplify processes, drive new technologies forward, and make a measurable contribution to digital performance.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a powerful and low-disruption operation of central IT platforms and digital work environments
Support and optimisation of server, client, and cloud services
Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and modern user and permission concepts
Maintenance and further development of Windows and Linux systems
Monitoring and optimisation of network connections, firewalls, storage solutions, and virtual environments
Identification of weaknesses and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Standardisation of operational processes and automation of recurring administrative tasks
Participation in the introduction of new IT services, platforms, and security solutions
Handling demanding technical enquiries and support with cross-system problems
Creation of comprehensible documentation and further development of practical IT operation concepts
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Experience in the administration and support of modern IT system landscapes
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, as well as Windows and Linux environments
Technical understanding of networks, firewalls, storage, and virtualisation
Interest in cloud services, IT security, and automated operational processes
Analytical thinking and systematic approach to technical challenges
High service orientation and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
Initiative, reliability, and a strong quality awareness
Motivation to critically question existing solutions and to use new technologies sensibly
