ABACUS Consultant Fiduciary & Financial Accounting (m/f/d)
As a larger business consulting, auditing and tax consulting firm, our ROCKEN partner has been active in the classic areas of the industry since 1960.
At their office in Bern, they employ over 80 staff. Two thirds of their employees hold a professional certificate or a higher professional diploma.
Role:
You support companies in the introduction and application of ABACUS solutions and bring your experience from fiduciary services specifically into customer projects. You configure the software according to individual requirements and assist with professional as well as technical application questions.
You can expect a varied role at the interface between fiduciary services, customer consulting and digitalisation. You can further develop your expertise, conduct training sessions and actively contribute to the advancement of modern fiduciary services.
Responsibilities:
Introduction, configuration and adaptation of ABACUS solutions for customers
Support for customers and internal staff with application and support questions
Participation in the acquisition of new customers in the ABACUS environment
Further development of existing services and digital fiduciary processes
Planning and conducting internal and external training sessions
Qualifications:
Professional experience in fiduciary services and sound knowledge of financial and/or payroll accounting
Completed commercial or business administration training
ABACUS knowledge or willingness to specifically develop it
Interest in digitalisation and modern software solutions in the fiduciary environment
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
Enjoyment in consulting and collaborating with different stakeholders
