An innovative industrial company is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to strengthen the finance team. The position includes independent payroll processing for around 450 employees as well as managing social insurance and occupational pension schemes. - Support and advice on occupational pension schemes
- Administration of absence management and support with time tracking
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and BVG (occupational pension) system as well as several years of experience in independent payroll processing are required
- Several years of experience in independent payroll processing is necessary
- Experience in financial statement preparation
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for process optimisation are expected

Responsibilities
- You manage the monthly payroll processes and social insurance accounting for several companies- Support and advice on occupational pension schemes
- Administration of absence management and support with time tracking
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes
Profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training and further qualification as a Payroll Expert or equivalent- Solid knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and BVG (occupational pension) system as well as several years of experience in independent payroll processing are required
- Several years of experience in independent payroll processing is necessary
- Experience in financial statement preparation
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for process optimisation are expected
