To strengthen our dynamic team "Social Media Services", we are looking immediately or by arrangement at the Ostermundigen/BE or Vernier/GE location for a motivated and eager-to-learn personality for the above-mentioned position:

What you can achieve

• Support and further development of our social media communities, including handling comments (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Monitoring trends as well as analysing community activities including reporting
• Conducting SEO/GEO/AEO analyses: identifying relevant keywords and topics and deriving recommendations for action
• Supporting the team in content creation and social media management (e.g. translations, video ideas)
• Ideally willingness to participate as an extra and/or as a presenter in social media videos in front of the camera as needed - depending on qualification and motivation

How to succeed in your start

• Completed training in a field relevant to the position (ideally Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
• Experience in community moderation with professional handling of feedback and critical voices
• Experience in social media management including confident use of tools
• Know-how or strong interest in Social SEO, GEO and AEO
• Very good language sense and confident writing for different target groups – with and without AI support
• Independent, structured working style with high initiative
• Very good German and French skills (one language at C2 level, the other at a very good level)
