HR Partnership and Recruitment Manager (M/F) 80-100%
Mission:
- Lead the HR Partnership and Recruitment to meet the company’s needs and ensure high-quality, value-added services. Support the management and managers in handling human, organisational and managerial issues to sustain the company’s performance
- Define and deploy the attractiveness and recruitment strategy while contributing to anticipating and developing the necessary skills and retaining talent
- Ensure the consistent and fair application of HR policies, processes and practices within the organisation
- Advise management on organisational changes and workforce and skills planning
- Supervise and develop a team of HR Business Partners and recruitment specialists, fostering collaboration, engagement, operational excellence and achievement of objectives
Profile:
- University or University of Applied Sciences degree in human resources, business management, law or equivalent field, complemented by a federal HR certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources, ideally including 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent role, as well as in managing social partners and negotiation
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and HR processes
- Fluent French, knowledge of German and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and HRIS
- Unifying leadership, partnership mindset, solution orientation and ability to support change
