After-Sales Service Technician Heat Pumps / HVAC (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Technician Heat Pumps / HVAC (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the maintenance, preventive and corrective servicing of heat pumps and HVAC installations.

• You will intervene directly at clients' premises to guarantee the proper functioning and reliability of their installations.

• You will carry out technical diagnostics and investigate the causes of malfunctions.

• You will perform repair work and recommissioning of equipment.

• You will carry out electrical, refrigeration and hydraulic checks on the installations.

• You will make the necessary adjustments and optimisations to improve the energy performance of the systems.

• You will ensure the replacement of defective components and carry out operational tests.

• You will advise clients on the use and maintenance of their equipment.

• You will write intervention reports and ensure rigorous follow-up of the work carried out.

• You will represent the company to our clients through your professionalism and sense of service.

Your profile:

• You hold a technical qualification in refrigeration, electricity, heating or an equivalent training.

• You have proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heat pumps.

• You possess good knowledge of refrigeration technology, electricity and hydraulics.

• You are able to quickly identify faults and provide effective solutions.

• You work independently, in an organised and rigorous manner.

• You enjoy contact with clients and have a good team spirit.

• You hold a valid driving licence.
