Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)*

- Take responsibility: You actively participate in HR administration and take on diverse tasks along the entire HR life cycle, from A for exit to Z for time recording
- Advise, support and clarify: You receive inquiries from our employees, competently answer concerns, and carry out the necessary clarifications
- Use HR systems and tools: You enjoy working precisely and ensure careful data maintenance in various HR IT applications
- Optimise processes: You support the further development and implementation of process optimisations and contribute your own ideas
- Relieve the team: You work closely with the entire HR team and contribute to the efficient handling of daily tasks
- Studies in business administration, business education, work and organisational psychology, or commercial basic training
- Independent and very reliable working style
- Enjoy learning new things
- Open-minded personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
