A technologically oriented IT service company is looking for an experienced individual to manage and further develop modern workplace environments for demanding customers. The focus is on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, hybrid infrastructures as well as securing and standardising modern endpoints.
You take responsibility for complex customer environments and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of existing managed services. You work independently, customer-oriented and with plenty of creative freedom on modern workplace and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
Further development and operation of standardised Microsoft Intune environments
Design and implementation of conditional access policies, security baselines and endpoint hardening
Support and optimisation of complex Microsoft 365 tenants
Integration and further development of hybrid on-premises and cloud scenarios
Analysis of existing customer environments and development of sustainable optimisation measures
Collaboration in the further development of modern managed services in the area of endpoint and workplace security
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer with a focus on modern and hybrid workplace environments
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Intune and management of Windows devices
Very good experience with Microsoft 365 security, conditional access and endpoint hardening
Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments and ideally Azure
Enjoyment of automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API or comparable technologies
Very good German skills, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment of customer contact and responsibility
