Tasks

• Together with around 20 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as the deputy to the Head of Food Trading.
• Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how your team implements the company strategy.
• You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
• Your daily tasks: You support all departments with their daily work.
• General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.

Requirements

• You are determined, solution-oriented, and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
• Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field.
• We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. Additional foreign languages will earn you extra points with us.
• You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
