Financial Accountant with Development Prospects (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support the Head of Finance & Debt Collection and act as their deputy
You ensure the monitoring of the entire financial and contribution system in accordance with legal requirements and AHV directives
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as annual accounts for family compensation funds in Excel
You participate in forecasts, budgeting and budget controls and submit financial data to external bodies on time
You are responsible for accounts payable and withholding tax accounting
You prepare and check periodic accounts of delegated tasks, especially fund accounts, cost equalisation and association debt collection
You communicate in writing and by telephone with authorities, offices, members and insured persons
Qualifications:
You have a federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting and/or several years of experience in finance and accounting
Experience in the social insurance environment is an advantage but not a requirement
You have a strong understanding of numbers and sound accounting knowledge
You think holistically and work solution-oriented, precisely, independently and in a structured manner
You are a team-oriented, communicative and reliable personality with high initiative
