Clerk Payments & Processing

Tasks

Handling all customer-related transactions:

• Processing the entire daily business of the team
• Deposits and withdrawals & transfers
• Standing orders, periodic direct debit procedures including RLS
• Support of mass rebalancings
• Mutations of savings and withdrawal plans
• Changes to collection-relevant data for the next collection date
• Supervision and control of interim accounts 

Requirements

• Basic banking training
• Banking experience in back office and administration
• System and user knowledge of the Avaloq banking system is an advantage
• Very good oral and written language skills in German, English and French skills are an advantage
• Ideal age: 20-30 years
