Job Description

As an Operational Supervisor, you ensure the daily coordination of field activities and guarantee the quality and compliance of services across all installations (surface sites and underground infrastructures).

Your main duties:

• Supervision & Coordination: Oversee on-site interventions by installation, maintenance (preventive/corrective), and repair teams.

• Planning: Allocate tasks and manage priorities in direct liaison with the service manager.

• Quality & Safety: Monitor the quality of completed work and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations on industrial sites.

• Administrative Management & Follow-up:

  • Prepare, monitor, and technically accept work (inspections, site visits, work permits).

  • Draft technical documents (reports, procedures, tracking tables, inventories).

  • Ensure data updates in the CMMS tool.

• Interface & Support: Act as an interface between management and field teams, providing technical support to operatives.

• Strong knowledge of automatic, manual, and industrial door systems.

• Proficiency in installation, electromechanical/electrotechnical maintenance, and repair operations.

• Mastery of safety rules applicable to industrial and commercial sites.

• Experience with CMMS tools (knowledge of Infor is an advantage) and office software (Microsoft Office).

• Ability to quickly adapt to internal management tools and site validation procedures.

• Leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and coordinate technician teams.

• Rigour, quality control awareness, and respect for safety instructions.

• Degree:

  • Technical higher education (equivalent to HND to Bachelor's degree) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Automation, or Industrial/Building Maintenance.

  • OR Federal VET Diploma / Professional Certificate (or equivalent) with significant experience of at least 8 years in technical supervision.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision or operational coordination of maintenance activities (industrial doors, electromechanics, multi-sites).

• French: Advanced level (Fluent).

• English: Intermediate level.
