Majority publicly owned and rooted in the canton of Vaud, our company is growing rapidly and is undertaking a major modernisation programme of nearly 20 million francs to increase its capacities and prepare for the next twenty years.

For our billing department in Eclépens, we are looking for a:

Billing Clerk (M/F) at 60%

(Monday, Tuesday and Friday) for a duration of 6 months

Start date immediately or to be agreed

Your role

• You prepare invoices and credit notes for our clients
• You manage and prepare administrative documents related to waste billing
• You collaborate with various internal departments (sales, laboratory, accounting)

This position is for you if

• You have completed commercial clerk training or equivalent
• You have several years of successful experience in billing, preferably within an industry
• You are proficient with office software
• You are a native French speaker or have excellent knowledge of the language

• You are curious, responsive and approach situations with enthusiasm
• Organised and efficient, you can manage multiple tasks and adapt to emergencies
• Comfortable in communication, you easily create a climate of trust
