Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Heating for the planning and realisation of diverse heating projects in residential, office and commercial construction. You will manage the projects from concept and tendering through to execution and commissioning and be responsible for quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness. Another focus is on analysing existing systems as well as developing and implementing renovation and optimisation solutions. The role combines technical heating planning with project management, site coordination and financial project controlling.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of heating systems for office, commercial, single-family and multi-family buildings
Comprehensive project management from planning to commissioning and handover
Assessment and evaluation of existing heating systems as well as development of renovation and modernisation concepts
Technical dimensioning and design of heating systems as well as development of economical system solutions
Preparation of tenders, calculations and technical specifications
Responsibility for qualitative and financial project controlling including cost, schedule and performance monitoring
Coordination of fitters, suppliers, specialist planners and other project participants
Participation in and partial leadership of construction, project and coordination meetings
Organisation of material procurement, scheduling and execution processes
Technical support for the assembly, commissioning and acceptance of heating systems
Handling of claims and project changes as well as ongoing post-calculation of projects
Maintenance of relevant project, execution and billing data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner heating EFZ, heating installer EFZ with further training to chief fitter or heating master or comparable qualification
Professional experience in project management, planning or execution of heating systems
Sound knowledge in heating technology, dimensioning, renovation and commissioning
Experience in calculation, tendering and project controlling
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 / MS Office and ideally Abacus or a comparable ERP system
Good German language skills for project execution and technical documentation
Valid driving licence category B
