Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Development and monitoring of the financial budget for the automation sector
- Analysis and reporting of financial performance based on defined KPIs
- Identification of financial deviations and derivation of measures to optimise performance
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve business processes and achieve efficiency gains
- Preparation of forecasts and financial projections
- Review and analysis of cost structures and identification of cost-saving potentials
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration specialising in controlling
- or a qualification with further training as a certified specialist
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- Sound knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent skills in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team to collaborate with various departments
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
