Are you our new team member who will support us as Sous-Chef immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday in a 100% position from 06:00 to 15:00, from 12:00 to 21:00 or from 16:00 to 01:00, depending on the stadium's utilisation.
Our task menu
- Collaboration and organisation at the assigned station in the hot and cold kitchen
- Preparation of dishes
- Ensuring consistently high quality of the dishes
- Ensuring the supply at the menu lines
- Regeneration / plating of menus during the lunch service
- Assisting with catering, aperitifs and special events
- Assisting with goods receipt and stock management
- Contributing ideas for the further development of an inspiring and innovative menu planning
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the work environment
- Carrying out general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Representing the head chef in their absence
- Taking over food orders
- Supervising temporary staff and office employees
Your recipe for success
- Basic training as a cook: EFZ
- Several years of experience as a cook
- First leadership experience as Sous-Chef
- Enthusiastic "foodie"
- Role model and co-creator
- Passionate and trend-conscious
- Aptitude for digital solutions
- Good oral and written German skills
