Internal Sales Staff Spare Parts (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The company relies on high-quality products, modern technologies and continuous development of its solutions and processes.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on sales administration and technical customer support in the spare parts business. You are responsible for order processing and support an existing dealer network with commercial and product-specific concerns.
Responsibilities:
You advise specialist dealers on spare components and process corresponding product enquiries
Independent handling of sales orders including invoicing
You coordinate international goods shipments taking into account applicable customs regulations
Updating technical master data and administrative customer information
You monitor open customer enquiries and initiate the necessary follow-ups
Preparation of shipping documents for cross-border deliveries
You support internal sales activities and the implementation of planned customer campaigns
Technical clarification of spare parts requirements and coordination with responsible contacts
Qualifications:
Completed mechanical apprenticeship in the machinery sector
Further training as a Technical Salesperson with a federal certificate of competence
You have experience in customer service, spare parts trade or order administration
Good technical understanding and confident handling of different customer requirements
Very good German, good French skills and English skills are an advantage
Independent work organisation, teamwork and reliable working style
