Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist for the planning and design of modern sanitary and building services systems. You will handle diverse projects from conception through dimensioning and specialist planning to tendering and realisation and develop economical as well as technically sustainable solutions. In doing so, you coordinate the sanitary planning with architecture and other HVAC specialist disciplines and use contemporary digital planning methods. Depending on your education and experience, you will gradually or immediately take on responsibility in project management and specialist coordination.
Responsibilities:
Planning and design of demanding sanitary systems for new construction, renovation and refurbishment projects
Development of concepts for drinking water, hot water, wastewater and drainage systems
Carrying out dimensioning, calculations and technical variant comparisons
Preparation of schematic diagrams, project and execution documents for sanitary installations
Processing of tenders, specifications and tender documents
Coordination of sanitary planning with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, architecture and structural planning
Participation in HVAC specialist coordination and alignment of building services interfaces
Management of costs, deadlines and planning quality within the assigned projects
Supervision of execution as well as carrying out specialist construction inspections, approvals and commissioning
Technical coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners and executing companies
Participation in the further development of BIM and model-based planning processes in building services engineering
Qualifications:
Qualification as building services planner sanitation EFZ, technician HF building services engineering or engineer FH building services engineering
Alternatively FH/university degree in HVAC, building services engineering or engineering
Expertise in sanitary technology, dimensioning and building services planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services regulations
Experience with common CAD/building services planning software; BIM knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge in tendering, bidding and specialist construction management depending on experience level
Good German language skills spoken and written
