Senior Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner offers innovative healthcare services that enable individual and comfortable care of patients in their own homes. With a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction, you will work closely with specialists to create added value for patients and improve their quality of life.
Role:
In this role, you will take on a responsible key position in the finance department, where you will further develop processes and make a real impact. You will actively shape the further development of the finance area and contribute to implementing a meaningful task in healthcare. You will work closely with a committed, interdisciplinary team and be in direct contact with the international headquarters. A flexible working model with the possibility of home office and annual working hours supports you in fulfilling your responsibilities optimally. Additionally, you will benefit from attractive employment conditions and at least five weeks of holiday, increasing to six weeks from the age of 51.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as accurate, timely financial accounting
- In this role, you manage working capital and optimise debtor and creditor processes of the Swiss companies
- As Senior Finance Manager, you plan and oversee the external audit and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- You are responsible for tax processes including VAT returns and ensure proper implementation
- In this role, you lead the budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning processes and prepare management reports and financial analyses for informed decision-making
- As Senior Finance Manager, you develop financial processes, systems and internal controls further, deputise for the Head of Finance and work closely with management and specialist departments
Qualifications:
- You hold a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable higher business qualification
- You have several years of experience in a comparable role and manage financial accounting confidently and independently
- You are proficient in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You are familiar with goods flow processes in purchasing, warehousing and sales
- You work precisely, in a structured manner and with a high quality standard
- You think proactively, act pragmatically and feel comfortable in a dynamic SME environment
