In this role, you will dive into the world of Microsoft-based infrastructure platforms and work in engineering, operations and further development of on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments. You will handle support requests, identify faults and actively contribute to ensuring smooth operations. You will also support projects and customer assignments and gain valuable experience in direct dealings with various customer situations. You have completed training in platform development (EFZ) and are characterised by an independent, reliable working style as well as curiosity about new technologies. In this entry-level position, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop into a central contact person in ICT system administration.
Responsibilities:
You operate and modernise Microsoft platforms across local, hybrid and cloud-based environments.
You support customers with technical concerns and ensure quick and sustainable resolution of incidents.
You analyse system states, identify causes and implement appropriate measures to stabilise services.
You participate in migrations, modernisations and other infrastructure projects and take on your own technical work packages.
You continuously develop platform services around Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ, specialising in platform development, system technology or a comparable qualification.
You bring practical experience with Microsoft infrastructures as well as ideally with Azure, M365 and hybrid operating models.
You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell and basic network components.
You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner and enjoy systematically solving technical challenges.
You enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues and are interested in new technologies such as Azure Automation, Intune or Infrastructure as Code.
