Clerk Internal Sales Metal Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Customer advice: Handling technical and commercial enquiries in day-to-day business.
Quotation management: Preparation of offers and recording customer requirements.
Coordination of orders with the responsible internal departments.
Order processing: Recording and processing incoming orders.
Monitoring open orders and checking agreed delivery dates.
Organisation of transport in cooperation with external freight forwarders.
Maintaining ongoing customer contacts and supporting sales matters.
Clarification of product-specific questions in coordination with production.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship in the metal sector, for example as a metalworker or locksmith.
Basic commercial knowledge for administrative order processing.
Interest in technical products and their application.
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advisory sales activities.
Understanding of operational processes between sales and production.
Independent, reliable working style and careful order processing.
Very good written and spoken German skills.
French or Italian language skills are an advantage.
