Sales Manager Field Service Industry (m/f/d)

You are at home in field service and enjoy accompanying customers from the first idea to the suitable solution. In this role, you take responsibility for technical sales, ideally with electrotechnical or electromechanical products or in the field of industrial technology. You spend a lot of time visiting customers and use your knowledge of common industrial applications to find solutions. You are confident in using digital tools and have fluent German skills as well as good English skills. You bring a completed technical education and solid experience in technical sales, which helps you to appear reliable and professional.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the active sale of the Ferratec product range in the field of industrial technology in your sales area
- In this role, you build long-term customer relationships and make a central contribution to the growth and market position of Ferratec Industrial Solutions
- As Sales Manager Field Service Industrial Technology, you support customers in selecting and integrating electrotechnical and electromechanical solutions into their applications
- You actively manage and expand a defined customer portfolio in the industrial sector
- In this role, you identify customer needs and develop suitable product and system solutions
- You conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical consulting discussions on site or via video/phone
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical education, for example as an automation technician, electromechanic or mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- You bring solid experience in technical sales, ideally with electrotechnical or electromechanical products or in the field of industrial technology
- You have good knowledge of common industrial applications, especially in drive, connection, control and automation technology as well as cable processing
- You are confident in using digital tools such as ERP/CRM and MS Office
- You have fluent German skills and good English skills, with French skills being an advantage
- You enjoy personal customer contact and visits, as well as a reliable, professional manner
