Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Heating / Cooling for the planning, coordination and realisation of demanding building technology projects in an established Swiss company. You will take on the technical and organisational responsibility for heating, cooling and energy-efficient heat supply systems from design to successful commissioning and handover. The focus is on project management, HVAC specialist planning, cost and schedule management as well as coordination of installation work and specialist planners. The position offers diverse project responsibility, modern building technology solutions and attractive professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Project management heating / cooling: Independent organisation, control and realisation of heating and cooling projects in new construction, conversion and renovation.
Technical design: Planning and implementation of heating systems, cooling supply systems, heat pumps and heat distribution systems.
Project management: Responsibility for project budgets, schedules, resource planning and quality assurance throughout the entire project execution.
Heating and cooling technology: Technical design and coordination of heat generators, cooling systems, hydraulic systems and energy-efficient system concepts.
Quotation and calculation: Participation in the preparation of quotations, technical calculations, specifications and supplementary offers.
Coordination of specialist planners and contractors: Coordination with architects, clients, building technology planners, installation companies and suppliers.
Installation and site coordination: Organisation and supervision of installation processes, material deliveries, installation work and technical interfaces.
Cost and supplementary management: Control of project costs, contracts, changes in scope, supplementary claims and final accounts.
Standards and quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, SWKI guidelines and cantonal energy requirements.
Commissioning and system acceptance: Support for functional tests, hydraulic balancing, commissioning, acceptance and system handover.
Digital project execution: Use of CAD planning documents, ERP systems, MS Office and digital project management tools for technical and commercial project control.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building technology planner heating EFZ or comparable training in heating and building technology.
Further education as a certified technician HF building technology or building technology engineer FH is an advantage.
Several years of professional experience in heating and cooling technology as well as practical experience in project management and project execution.
Sound expertise in heating systems, cooling systems, heat pump technology and hydraulic system concepts.
Experience in project calculation, cost control, scheduling, installation coordination and quality assurance.
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, SWKI guidelines and Swiss energy requirements as well as confident use of MS Office and digital planning tools.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical documentation, project coordination and client meetings.
