We are looking for one of our clients an HR / Accounting / Administration Assistant (M/F)
Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment process and ensure the administrative follow-up of employees.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of staff.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of employees: holidays, absences, sickness, overtime, etc.
- Coordinate training and employee development.
- Participate in the monitoring and management of performance evaluations.
- Be the point of contact for employees and managers.
- Ensure communication with various authorities and organisations: SECO, RAV, AVS, SUVA, pension fund, insurances, etc.
- Ensure administrative follow-up related to salaries and social insurances.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly closings.
- Carry out the monitoring and analysis of accounts and expenses.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget.
- Ensure the follow-up of accounting and administrative operations related to finance.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Ensure communication with tax authorities.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Set up and structure administrative, HR and accounting processes.
- Participate in the implementation of a Finance module within the ERP.
- Implement electronic tools for salary management and time tracking.
- Participate in the development of a performance evaluation process.
- Contribute to the development of a bonus programme and the evolution of the pension fund model.

Profile
- Training or solid experience in the financial field.
- Experience in a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of current Swiss HR and finance regulations.
- Very good knowledge of administrative, financial and HR processes.
- Experience in using an ERP as well as salary and time management tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical mind, autonomous and structured.
- Comfortable with project management and implementing new processes.
- Sense of responsibility, rigour and good communication skills.
