Role:
The company is a leading Swiss food manufacturer focusing on the development, production and marketing of high-quality ingredients and specialties for the food and luxury food industry. With many years of experience, high expertise and a strong quality awareness, it develops innovative products that meet the highest demands for taste, quality and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for financial accounting including liquidity planning, financial statements and financial planning.
Budgeting as well as the further development of cost accounting and controlling are part of your duties.
You manage investments, financial risks and define relevant KPIs for corporate management.
At the same time, you are responsible for the entire HR including personnel administration, payroll, recruiting and personnel development.
You actively contribute your expertise in legal matters as well as in process optimisation and projects.
Qualifications:
You have a business degree with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting.
You bring further training in finance or accounting as well as several years of experience in finance or HR management.
You have sound knowledge in project management, process optimisation and business management control.
You have fluent German language skills.
