Our client is looking for a committed and independent person to strengthen the finance team. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for central tasks in finance and accounting and make an important contribution to the company’s success.

• Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting).
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss CO.
• Handling payment transactions as well as managing dunning procedures.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• Support in controlling by preparing key figures and participating in variance analyses.
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system as well as reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

• Completed commercial basic training with advanced training in finance and accounting.
• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a trading company or an international environment.
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills.
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Precise, reliable and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in demanding situations.
