Health & Safety Supervisor (SIBE/KOPAS)

Your field of activity

• You are on construction sites with complex safety requirements and accompany demanding projects for our national and international clients from the fields of Data Centre, Pharma, Life Sciences and Energy
• You work in a team directly on the construction site. Together with our site managers, you plan and create, mostly in English, practical safety concepts and work instructions (RAMS / WMS)
• You do not see your role as a pure control function, but as a sparring partner for foremen, site managers, project managers and clients. On large construction sites, you ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular audits as well as safety training for our employees
• You coordinate and monitor the safety performance of our subcontractors, check their work permits, RAMS/WMS as well as safety documentation and accompany the corresponding processes
• In addition to your assignments on large construction sites, you also bring your experience to our other construction sites and internal projects. Laufenburg is your organisational base

Your foundation

• You have completed training or further education in occupational safety (Specialist ASGS, SIBE, KOPAS) or a comparable recognised qualification
• You have completed your basic training in the main construction trade or are experienced in the field of master builder work
• You convince with good English skills
• You are confident in handling MS Office, especially Word and Excel. You bring interest and openness for different safety cultures and enjoy working with international project teams
• With your combination of assertiveness, empathy and team spirit, you contribute to a successful and pleasant coexistence
