Building Services Planner Specialising in Sanitary Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000This ROCKEN partner is a medium-sized company in building services planning. They support their clients with sustainable projects and assist from strategic planning through to operation.
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual as a Building Services Planner: Sanitary / Revit for the planning and design of modern sanitary installations. You will work on projects along the relevant SIA phases from preliminary design through tendering and execution planning to acceptance. A focus lies on digital planning with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk MEP and AutoCAD as well as on the dimensioning and coordination of sanitary systems. You will work closely with project management, architecture and other building services disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Creation of preliminary, construction, tender, execution and detail plans
Digital planning and modelling of sanitary installations with Autodesk Revit / Autodesk MEP
Project work along the SIA phases from design to acceptance
Planning and dimensioning of drinking water, wastewater and drainage systems
Creation and processing of sewerage and drainage plans
Technical design and dimensioning of sanitary appliances, fittings and pipe systems
Coordination of interfaces with heating, ventilation, electrical, architecture and structural engineering
Preparation of tender documents and functional specifications
Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as preparing offer comparisons
Preparation and processing of permit applications and technical proofs
Participation in project, planning and coordination meetings
Support during execution, site supervision, acceptance and revision planning
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner EFZ Sanitary
Knowledge in planning and dimensioning of sanitary installations
Experience with Autodesk Revit / Autodesk MEP and AutoCAD is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant SIA and SVGW guidelines is an advantage
Confident use of Microsoft 365 and digital planning tools
Good German language skills spoken and written
