Are you looking for an exciting and varied role at the interface between business, marketing and IT? Do you enjoy working with digital platforms, coordinating various stakeholders and at the same time ensuring stable and secure operations? Then you are exactly right in our Business Application Management team in Zurich-Oerlikon.

In this role, you take responsibility for our website and CMS platforms - from content processes through supplier management to hosting, security and technical development. At the same time, you support the team with other business applications and digital services as needed.

• You are responsible for the operation and further development of our website, CMS and digital platforms and ensure their availability, stability and security
• You coordinate requirements and content with marketing, specialist departments and external partners and accompany their implementation
• You manage changes, releases and technical developments and support the introduction of new solutions and platforms
• You analyse disruptions, coordinate their resolution and work together with internal teams as well as external service providers
• You monitor the performance of hosting, support and development partners and ensure compliance with agreed service levels
• You support the team with other business applications and participate in cross-departmental projects

• Education or degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management or platform management
• Experience in the environment of websites, CMS or digital platforms
• Knowledge in operation, hosting, security as well as incident, change and release management
• Experience in collaboration with specialist departments, marketing and external service providers
• Experience in supplier and service management, Agile / ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Structured and independent working style as well as high initiative
• Very good German and English skills
