Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a qualified professional for architectural planning, execution planning and 3D building modelling in a versatile Swiss architectural and planning environment. You will work on demanding new build, conversion and extension projects in the industrial, commercial and retail sectors and accompany these from project planning to construction implementation. The focus is on creating building permit, detail, working and execution plans with Archicad as well as the constructive detail development and quality assurance of the planning documents. The position combines precise CAD planning and building construction with close collaboration with project managers, architects, specialist planners and executing companies.
Responsibilities:
Independent creation and processing of architectural plans for industrial buildings, commercial properties, sales areas and retail projects
Preparation of building permit, working, detail and execution plans across the relevant SIA project phases
Creation, processing and maintenance of 2D drawings and 3D building models with Archicad
Development and graphical implementation of constructive detail solutions considering materialisation, building physics and technical feasibility
Planning and detailing of building envelopes, interior fittings and technical connections considering the specific requirements of industrial, commercial and sales buildings
Processing and coordination of plan changes as well as ongoing updating and revision of project documents
Quality assurance and review of planning documents regarding dimensional accuracy, completeness, compliance with standards and feasibility
Coordination and integration of specialist planner documents from structural engineering, building services and other technical disciplines
Preparation of building application documents and technical evidence considering applicable building regulations and project-specific requirements
Support of project management in technical project processing including planning coordination, execution clarifications and constructive optimisations
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, plan directories and revision documents for construction execution and project handover
Coordination with architects, project managers, specialist planners and executing companies to clarify planning and constructive interfaces
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Professional experience in architectural planning, ideally in working, detail and execution planning of building projects
Very good user knowledge of Archicad, especially in 2D plan processing, 3D modelling and digital plan creation
Sound knowledge of building construction, detail planning, materialisation and technical execution details
Experience with new build and conversion projects in the industrial, commercial or retail sector is an advantage
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, building regulations and planning processes as well as experience in plan review and specialist planner coordination
Good German language skills in spoken and written form for planning documents, technical documentation and coordination with project participants
