IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading competence centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The company offers comprehensive psychiatric care, ranging from early detection to outpatient and inpatient treatments and rehabilitation. In addition, our Rocken partner is involved in specialised psychiatric care as well as education and research.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of applications on various platforms
- Monitoring and analysis of security events and threats in real time within the ICT landscape
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure ICT security and to develop and implement security strategies
- Management of continuous test management of applications
- Close cooperation with the service desk and other teams to resolve complex application issues
- Further development of the ICT landscape in cooperation with other teams
Qualifications:
- Successful degree in computer science or business informatics
- Professional experience in system engineering with profound knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with ticketing systems, IT management tools, network administration and security
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) as well as administration of IT infrastructures and cloud services
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
