Our client is an established IT company with over 200 employees from various specialist areas. Future-oriented digital services are developed for public administrations and authority-related companies.
- You are responsible for IT services throughout the entire lifecycle from strategy to operation and further development.
- You define and monitor SLAs, OLAs and KPIs and ensure high service quality and availability.
- You identify optimisation potentials and implement measures for continuous improvement.
- You are responsible for price calculation, billing, governance and service reporting.
- You bring sound ITIL 4 knowledge as well as experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Lean.
- You have experience in supplier, contract and outsourcing management as well as a good business understanding.
- You communicate confidently at the interface between business and IT and ideally have experience with Unified Communications & Collaboration and telephony.
- You convince with a hands-on mentality, initiative and a self-organised as well as collaborative way of working.

Tasks
- You manage IT services as a central interface between business, ICT teams and external partners.- You are responsible for IT services throughout the entire lifecycle from strategy to operation and further development.
- You define and monitor SLAs, OLAs and KPIs and ensure high service quality and availability.
- You identify optimisation potentials and implement measures for continuous improvement.
- You are responsible for price calculation, billing, governance and service reporting.
Profile
- You have a higher education in computer science and several years of experience in service design and IT service management.- You bring sound ITIL 4 knowledge as well as experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Lean.
- You have experience in supplier, contract and outsourcing management as well as a good business understanding.
- You communicate confidently at the interface between business and IT and ideally have experience with Unified Communications & Collaboration and telephony.
- You convince with a hands-on mentality, initiative and a self-organised as well as collaborative way of working.
