Finance and Accounting Specialist 60 - 80 % (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a church organisation with social value and located in Lenzburg, we are looking for a committed finance and accounting specialist to start immediately or by arrangement. Together with an appointed fiduciary company, you will ensure and further develop financial administration. In this versatile role, reporting directly to the management, you will operate at the interface of finance, administration and organisation.
Responsibilities:
You actively participate in the day-to-day financial accounting and manage creditors and debtors including dunning, payment runs and bank bookings in HiSoft eGov
You assist with quarterly and annual financial statements according to public law requirements and prepare key figures as well as liquidity planning
You manage payroll accounting including social security, expense claims and hourly wage personnel accounting
You contribute to budget planning, monitor ongoing budget control and provide meaningful financial information
You prepare the necessary documents for the finance commission and the external audit office
You work closely with the appointed fiduciary company, management and the finance department
You further develop existing financial processes and contribute to efficient, digital workflows
You support administrative tasks related to properties, rentals and reservations and take on deputy management duties in defined tasks
Qualifications:
You have a qualification at bachelor level, federal specialist certificate or higher technical college (HF) in finance and accounting
You bring professional experience in finance and accounting
