Client & Endpoint Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 125,000Role:
In this role, you design modern, digital workplace environments that optimally support employees in their daily work. You analyse existing work processes, identify optimisation potentials, and translate requirements into suitable technical solutions. You are responsible for the conception, implementation, and further development of tools and platforms for the digital workplace, taking into account security, performance, and user-friendliness. You coordinate closely with various stakeholders to capture their needs and translate them into sustainable solutions. Through your structured working method and deep technical understanding, you contribute decisively to the continuous improvement of the digital workplace.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, coordinate, and implement software and OS rollouts with Microsoft Intune and Baramundi
- In this role, you further develop and operate the Modern Workplace environment based on M365 and Intune
- As an engineer for digital workplace environments, you are responsible for the lifecycle management of hardware and software from evaluation to renewal
- You automate operational processes with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate, thereby increasing the degree of automation in operations
- In this role, you ensure stable client operation, undertake troubleshooting, and optimise hardware and software assets
- You document solutions, share your knowledge within the team, and coordinate collaboration with external IT service providers
Qualifications:
Completed education in computer science HF/FH as well as several years of practical experience in an IT environment
Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune, especially in deployment and app packaging
Solid know-how in on-premises services (e.g. Active Directory, GPO) as well as confident use of PowerShell for scripting and automation
Ideally experience in MDM enrolment of Android, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
Strong initiative, high solution orientation, and independent working style
