IAM Consultant - Security Architecture & Access Control (m/f/d)

Role:
Consulting and supporting clients in the development of secure identity and access management solutions. The focus is on access concepts, governance, authorisation models and the implementation of security requirements in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Development and optimisation of IAM strategies, role models and access concepts
Support of IAM implementations and further developments throughout the entire project duration
Analysis of existing authorisation and access structures
Definition of policies, standards and IAM processes
Implementation of requirements for secure access and identities
Consultation and coordination with business, IT and security
Further development of IAM governance and authorisation management
Qualifications:
Initial professional experience in IAM, IT security or governance
Practical experience in creating concepts, guidelines and processes
Technical understanding combined with strong business acumen
Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
Analytical and structured working style
Fluent German and English skills
