Our client is an internationally active manufacturing company with a Swiss location, distinguished by its consistent focus on continuity and quality. The company has established structures and offers a demanding working environment in the technical field. To complement the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Quality Management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

• Maintenance and further development of the existing quality management system
• Preparation of management reviews for the executive management
• Processing and maintenance of standard requirements in the area of sustainability
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Responsibility for all compliance issues, especially certifications
• Monitoring the implementation of measures arising from audits
• Development and preparation of quality key figures for management

• Advanced technical vocational training with QM further education
• Training and experience as internal/external auditor
• Several years of leadership experience in quality management, manufacturing industry
• Very good knowledge of standards, especially DIN ISO 9001
• Very good knowledge in process design
• Sound knowledge of an integrated ERP system
• Strong communication skills with exceptionally high interface competence
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Networked thinking
