Are you our new team member who will support us as a Housekeeper: immediately or by arrangement?
Our task menu
- Ensuring cleanliness and a good appearance throughout the hotel
- Identifying and fulfilling guest needs and wishes
- Ensuring the work and deployment of housekeeping
- Daily support of the housekeeping team in cleaning the floors
- Allocation of rooms in cooperation with the front office
- Design of the hotel’s interior and exterior
- Caring for all plants in the hotel
- Management of lost property
- Coordination of goods management from purchasing to inventory according to the specified budget in the housekeeping area
- Organisation and implementation of the hotel’s annual deep cleaning
Your recipe for success
- Basic training in hospitality EFZ or similar qualification
- 3 years of professional experience in hospitality
- Initial leadership experience
- Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Good oral and written German skills as well as English skills
- User knowledge in PMS such as Protel, Fidelio or Opera
- Strategic thinking and acting
- Agile and innovative mindset
- Goal orientation
- Customer orientation and team spirit
