Role:
Our client is an internationally oriented company in medical technology that develops and produces high-quality precision products. As a specialist in 3D coordinate metrology, you ensure precise measurement results and support production and engineering with demanding quality issues.
Responsibilities:
Create and optimise 3D measurement programmes
Set up and operate coordinate measuring machines
Perform special and initial sample inspections
Develop inspection plans and measurement concepts
Conduct and accompany measurement system analyses (MSA)
Optimise measurement processes and product quality
Qualifications:
Training as a polymechanic EFZ, draftsman EFZ or equivalent
Several years of experience or further training in 3D metrology
Experience with PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso is an advantage
Sound knowledge of ISO-GPS as well as form and position tolerances
Confident in reading technical drawings
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
