Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a versatile service provider focusing on professional service, support, and management services for companies from various industries. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong customer orientation, it supports its clients in the efficient design and optimisation of business processes as well as in operational and administrative challenges.
Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for the group’s accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
You are responsible for all tax matters such as tax returns, real estate capital gains and withholding tax, as well as the entire VAT.
You actively support the team in day-to-day business with complex booking and closing tasks.
You lead and develop the accounting and IT team and ensure efficient processes.
Qualifications:
You have advanced training in finance or fiduciary services with a focus on accounting and taxes.
You bring several years of experience in a comparable role and necessarily professional experience in the real estate sector.
You have sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax law.
You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and communicate very well in German.
