To further drive our growth and optimally manage our sales areas, we are looking for a committed and experienced Retail Manager (m/f/d) 100% full-time.
Your Role
As Retail Manager, you are the link between our headquarters and our sales areas. You manage a portfolio of 14 to 16 stores – mainly concession stores in renowned department stores, most of which are located in Switzerland. In this central position, you are responsible for operational management, strategic development of the shops, and above all, for leading and motivating our teams on site.
Your Tasks
• Shop Management & Development: You lead 14 to 16 sales locations (mainly concession stores in Switzerland) and develop strategies to increase sales and optimise space productivity.
• Personnel Responsibility & HR Collaboration: You are the primary contact for our store teams and bear full personnel responsibility. In close cooperation with the Human Resources department (HR), you support and manage the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through onboarding to continuous leadership and development of employees. You ensure a motivating work environment and a strong team culture.
• Retail Marketing & Events: You plan, coordinate, and implement local marketing measures as well as exclusive events on the sales floors to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Product Availability & Inventory Management: You ensure that the right goods are in the right place at the right time. You analyse sales and optimise stock levels on site in collaboration with Supply Chain Management.
• Visual Merchandising: You are responsible for the flawless and brand-appropriate presentation of our jewellery collections together with the VM Manager. Performance Monitoring: You analyse relevant KPIs, prepare reports, and proactively derive recommendations for action.
Your Profile
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in retail management, area management, or a comparable position, ideally in jewellery, beauty, or premium fashion.
• Leadership Skills: You are an inspiring leader with pronounced empathy, strong communication skills, and experience in leading decentralised teams.
• Customer and Service Orientation: You have a keen sense of the needs of a discerning clientele and embody the service ethos.
• Organisational Talent: You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
• Willingness to Travel: You have a high willingness to travel to ensure regular presence in our stores (especially in Switzerland).
• Languages: Fluent German is essential. Good English skills and French knowledge (for Western Switzerland) are a great advantage.
