Technical Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Competent advice and support for customers
Preparation and processing of quotations and orders
Handling customer orders from inquiry to delivery
Technical clarifications and development of suitable solutions
Support of the sales team and identification of sales opportunities
Coordination with internal specialist departments and suppliers
Maintenance of customer and article data
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial training
Experience in technical clerical work, internal sales or customer consulting is an advantage
Good technical understanding and interest in technical products
Customer-oriented, communicative and reliable personality
Independent and structured way of working
Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP systems
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
