For our new outlet in Oensingen, we are looking for a committed, sales-oriented personality who takes responsibility, enjoys working with people and contributes their own ideas within the given framework conditions.

As a manager, you lead the operational business, actively participate in sales and, together with your team, ensure a shopping experience that convinces our customers. At the same time, you have the opportunity to help shape the new location, recognise opportunities and develop the outlet step by step.

Your tasks

• Active participation in sales as well as friendly and competent advice to our customers
• Leadership, promotion and support of the outlet team
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Organisation and control of cash register, goods receipt and product availability
• Responsibility for an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation
• Ensuring order, cleanliness as well as hygiene and cooling regulations
• Responsibility for achieving defined sales, margin and personnel cost targets
• Active participation in sales promotion measures and activities around the outlet
• Recognising customer needs and sales opportunities
• Contributing own ideas in the establishment and further development of the new location

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the food sector
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step
• Enjoyment of active sales and direct customer contact
• An independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility and at the same time get involved yourself
• Initiative and enjoyment in helping to shape a new location
• Entrepreneurial thinking in daily operational business
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Flexibility for shifts within opening hours from Monday to Saturday
