Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 125,000Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of sanitary projects in all SIA phases
Planning and design of modern sanitary systems
Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality control
Preparation of technical concepts and tender documents
Coordination of architects, specialist planners and contractors
Conducting project, construction and coordination meetings
Monitoring technical execution and supporting commissioning
Qualifications:
Completed training in sanitary technology or building services engineering
Further education as a technician HF in building services engineering, sanitary planner BP or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sanitary project management in Switzerland
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards as well as modern building services systems
Experience in coordinating complex building services projects
