Microsoft 365 System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
M365 is exactly your focus and you want to apply your expertise specifically? In this role, you take responsibility for the professional use of Microsoft 365 and actively shape modern working environments. You analyse requirements, implement suitable solutions and ensure that the M365 services run stably and efficiently. You always keep security, user-friendliness and further development of the platform in mind. With your professional level of experience, you act as a competent contact person for all topics related to Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and continuous development of a modern Microsoft 365 platform with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune
Development of uniform platform standards and optimisation of existing concepts for an efficient and sustainably manageable modern workplace
Ensuring a protected and compliant cloud environment as well as analysing and sustainably resolving complex M365 issues at 2nd level
Close collaboration with adjacent IT teams and departments to implement new requirements and ensure stable end-to-end services
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ, HF or FH level and practical experience with Microsoft-based cloud and workplace technologies
Solid know-how in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; additional knowledge in Cloud Identity, PowerShell, Citrix or FSLogix is an advantage
Analytical and self-reliant personality with enthusiasm for proactively improving existing systems and sustainably solving technical challenges
Strong service and customer orientation as well as a driving licence and own vehicle; Microsoft certifications are an additional plus
