Your Tasks
- Coordination and supervision of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
- Receiving customer complaints and ensuring their timely resolution
- Recruitment of employees as well as temporary staff for holiday replacements
- Compliance with specified hours and control of material consumption on site
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cleaning rooms
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Conducting cleaning inspections on site
- Assisting with cleaning
- Work deployment from Monday to Friday and partly on weekends and public holidays
Your Profile
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Service orientation, independence and flexibility
- Experience in cleaning or healthcare is an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- PC skills, including MS Office
- Punctuality and reliability
- For foreign applicants: valid C residence permit or B residence permit with employment
