Project Manager Overall Planning / Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Overall Planning / Architect for demanding projects in industrial, commercial and logistics construction. You will be responsible for office, operational, production and logistics buildings from project development and planning to realisation and handover. As overall project manager, you coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning teams from architecture, structural engineering and building services engineering and ensure costs, deadlines and quality. The position also offers the prospect of taking on additional technical and personnel leadership responsibilities within overall planning.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for project management and overall planning of office, commercial, industrial, production and logistics buildings
Development and control of projects through the relevant SIA planning phases from design to realisation and building handover
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams from architecture, structural engineering, building services and other disciplines
Central contact person for clients, authorities, specialist planners, experts and contractors
Development of usage, layout, architectural and building concepts taking into account operational and logistical requirements
Responsibility for cost planning, schedule control, quality assurance and project controlling within the projects managed
Management of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and production/logistics planning
Coordination of building permits, official procedures and technical clarifications with the responsible authorities
Conducting planning, coordination and client meetings as well as managing decisions and pending issues
Support of tenders, awards and execution planning as well as ensuring planning quality during realisation
Use of modern CAD/BIM and digital planning tools for interdisciplinary project coordination
Deputising for the head of overall planning and gradually taking on additional technical and organisational leadership responsibilities
Qualifications:
Completed studies as FH/ETH Architect or comparable university degree
Several years of professional experience in planning and project management of building construction projects in Switzerland
Solid project experience in industrial, commercial, operational or logistics construction
Experience in overall planning and leading interdisciplinary planning teams
Good knowledge of SIA planning phases, Swiss construction processes and approval procedures
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD/BIM software and digital planning tools
Experience in cost, schedule and quality management of complex building construction projects
