IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take over 1st-level support, analyse faults and enquiries, and ensure sustainable solutions
- In this role, you accompany onboarding and offboarding processes, set up workstations and prepare hardware for employees
- You support various IT systems and end devices such as access systems, logistics scanners and client hardware
- As an employee in IT user support, you coordinate escalations and work closely with 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as external partners
- You participate in IT projects, such as rollouts, migrations and the introduction of new solutions
- In this role, you support global IT initiatives and drive the continuous improvement of processes and services
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training EFZ as an IT specialist or ICT technician or equivalent ICT further training for career changers
- Initial experience or interest in software distribution
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills for communication in an international environment
