The Wildpark Roggenhausen, founded in 1903, is considered the "most beautiful deer park in Switzerland" and is a popular excursion destination for young and old alike.
From summer 2026, Restaurant Roggenhausen will shine in new splendour. With seasonal specialties and classic regional excursion dishes, the restaurant invites you to enjoy and linger.
As Head Chef...
...you are not only responsible for our kitchen operations but also motivate the team, inspire and lead to create extraordinary gastronomic creations. Your expertise, creativity and love of cooking will form the foundation of our culinary masterpiece.
What we expect from you:
- You have successfully completed training as a head chef and have already gained experience
- You have the talent to reinterpret traditional dishes and give them a modern twist, consistently implementing our vision.
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene
- You are an inspiring team leader and can motivate and guide your team to achieve top performance
- You possess communication skills and can interact effectively with various team members, suppliers and guests
- You are organised, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations
- In addition to administrative tasks such as inventory management, menu and duty planning, active participation and support in kitchen operations are also part of your
area of responsibility.
