Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Sampling from various systems in the plant and the surrounding area

• Conducting analyses to monitor main and auxiliary systems (water-steam cycle, cooling circuits, water treatment plants, discharges) as well as special samples

• Documentation, interpretation and review of analysis results as well as assessment of the impact on operations

• Control and maintenance of laboratory and process measuring devices as well as sampling equipment

• Development, testing and monitoring of new analytical methods

• On-call duty
  

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician EFZ or a comparable qualification with a focus on analytics

• Several years of experience in radiochemistry and gamma spectrometry

• Experience in power plant chemistry and trace analysis, especially IC and ICP-MS, is an advantage

• Working with open radioactive sources

• Spreadsheet / graphics / word processing

• Language skills: German, English advantageous

• Driving licence
