Contract Management Clerk (m/f) 80-100% Career Start for Graduates
You have recently completed your commercial apprenticeship or your A-levels and want to gain initial professional experience?
For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in Zurich or Winterthur, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for several clerks (m/f) in contract management. The position is initially limited until 31 December 2026.
Tasks
- You process contract changes (e.g. new contracts, changes, amendments)
- Professional and customer-oriented handling of emails and written correspondence is no problem for you
- Taking on general administrative tasks in day-to-day business
- You answer telephone and written enquiries from customers in a friendly and correct manner
- Ensuring careful, timely and high-quality processing of incoming requests
- Recently completed commercial training, A-levels or a comparable qualification
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written. If you also have French and/or Italian skills, this is a plus
- You are IT-savvy as you work with several systems simultaneously
- Independence, efficiency and reliability are a matter of course for you
- High service orientation, communicative manner and enjoyment in customer contact are important to you
- Sense of responsibility, interconnected thinking and good awareness of interfaces complete your profile
